01 Definitions & Interpretation

02 Account Registration

To make full use of apek88's services, including making deposits, placing bets, and processing withdrawals, you must register a valid account with accurate and current information. Registration on apek88 is free and does not involve any registration fee.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. apek88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, in the form of a copy of your identification card or relevant official document.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at apek88. Registering a second, third, or multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device information is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring that the bank name and account details registered are under your own name. apek88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification during registration and for subsequent security processes.
• Malaysian residents who use a VPN or any other method to conceal their actual location when registering for or using apek88 are in violation of these Terms.

03 Deposit & Payment Methods

Apek88 offers a range of convenient and secure deposit methods to suit Malaysian players. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are processed within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the method chosen.

The deposit methods accepted by apek88 are as follows:

• The minimum deposit at apek88 is RM 20 and the maximum daily deposit is RM 50,000 unless a different limit has been set for specific VIP members.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same member's name. apek88 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Apek88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond apek88's control.
• If a deposit is not received within 30 minutes, members are advised to contact the apek88 support team via live chat and provide proof of the transaction.
• Apek88 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

04 Withdrawal

Apek88 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently. Your winnings belong to you, and we ensure a smooth withdrawal process for all members.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 30,000 for regular members and higher for VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for standard members and 5 minutes for VIP Gold members and above during standard business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the member's name.
• Apek88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000, or where suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only funds that have fulfilled the rollover requirements may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect account details provided by the member will incur a handling fee of RM 5 per failed transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Apek88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: The first deposit bonus at apek88 is subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount. The bonus must be used within 30 days from the date it is credited.
• Free Bet: Free bets must be used within the period specified in the respective offer. Winnings from free bets are credited as cash with no additional rollover unless otherwise stated.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback is calculated based on net losses over a one-week period and credited every Monday within 24 hours. Cashback is subject to a 1x rollover before withdrawal.

• All bets confirmed and accepted by the apek88 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases where a match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with the stated policy.
• If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time, apek88 reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the stakes to members.
• Winnings for all sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed — not the odds at the time the match result is known.
• In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) is subject to additional verification. Any bet placed after an event has actually occurred on the field but before the system updates the odds may be voided by apek88.

• Accumulator (parlay) bets of up to 20 selections are permitted. If one or more matches in an accumulator are postponed or cancelled, the odds for those selections will be reduced to 1.00, regardless of the outcomes of the remaining matches.

• Using a VPN or proxy to access apek88 is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension until identity verification is completed.
• Apek88 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if the system detects unusual activity, such as multiple login attempts from different locations within a short period of time.

09 Account Closure & Restrictions

Apek88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the apek88 platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the apek88 system to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Use of an account by an individual under the age of 18.

• Any conduct that threatens, insults, or harasses apek88 staff or other members.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, apek88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate these Terms. The original deposit balance may be refunded at apek88's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

10 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apek88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the apek88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.

Apek88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
